  1. What is the dog wash CABINET made of ?

    The cabinet is made of Marine grade stainless steel.

  2. What is the dog wash WASHTUB made of ?

    The tub is made of marine grade stainless steel.

  3. What is the Enclosure Unit made of ?

    The Enclosure Unit frame is galvanised steel, powder coated. The floor is aluminium sheet fitted with a non slip covering. The sides and roof are "Colourbond" corrugated steel. The B & D roller door is "Colourbond" steel. The fence and gate are steel, powder coated.

  4. What POWER SUPPLY is required for the dog wash unit ?

    A single-phase 240 volt, 15 amp outlet is required (110 volt available).

  5. What WATER SUPPLY is required ?

    A cold water supply is required.

  6. What DRAINAGE is required ?

    Either a sewer line or soak-well is required.

  7. Does the dog wash unit require a HOT WATER supply ?

    The unit has it's own hot water storage unit. The use of clever plumbing blends a little hot water with the bypassing cold water thus ensuring constant warm water supply.

  8. What controls the WATER FLOW ?

    The dog wash unit operates on 24-volt solenoids to provide the flow of all water, shampoos and conditioner. The unit has NO PUMPS.

  9. How much voltage do the ELECTRONIC CONTROLS require ?

    All controls are low voltage [between 12 and 24 volts] and incorporate plug in - plug out circuit boards, LED display and timers.

  10. The WATER HANDPIECE ?

    The handpiece is very high quality food grade standard.

  11. How does the HEATED BLOW DRYER operate ?

    The blow dryer operates on 240 volts [110 volt available], via a lockout relay.

  12. What is the SECURITY CAMERA ?

    The dog wash enclosure is fitted with a colour camera that is easily connected to your existing security system.

  13. In what quantities can I purchase SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER ?

    All products come standard in 5 litre containers, however larger containers may be used if required. 3 shampoos, 1x conditioner and 1x tub rinse are supplied with the unit. All products are designed for use with animals and are hydro-bath formulated. A full set of product costs less than $200.00 including GST.

  14. What are the running costs and PROFITABILITY ?

    The cost per wash including product, water and electricity is less than $1.00. The owner can decide the fee charged and the time per wash.

  15. What is the DELIVERY TIME of the DoggyDelight Dog wash ?

    Depending on our factory commitments the usual delivery time is between one to four weeks from the time of order.

  16. Are there any PAYMENT TERMS ?

    A deposit of 50% is required with the order with the balance payable on dispatch unless other terms have been negotiated.

  17. How long is the WARRANTY period ?

    The warranty period on the dog wash unit is 12 months from delivery and includes both parts and labour. Conditions apply i.e. malicious damage and vandalism.
